By creating an account or using PrintLedger, you agree to follow our rules and policies. You must be a business owner or authorized representative to use this service.

PrintLedger may be provided as a trial, lifetime on-premise license, or optional addon service depending on your agreement.

• Trial access is activated through the cloud license service.
• Lifetime access applies to the licensed on-premise installation.
• Cloud backup is an optional addon and is subject to addon availability.

Failure to complete agreed payments or addon renewals may affect license activation, addon access, or support availability.

Your business data (invoices, customer lists, ledgers, and expense reports) belongs entirely to you. PrintLedger acts as a secure custodian of this data. You can export your data to Excel at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. PrintLedger is not responsible for tax calculations, legal compliance, or business decisions made based on the data you provide.

PrintLedger runs on your licensed local server, so local availability depends on your office machine, local network, power, and database health. Cloud services such as activation and backup may occasionally undergo scheduled maintenance.

You can stop using optional addons or support services according to your agreement. We recommend keeping local exports and backup copies of your business history.
